I have a Minka Aire MIAF518-BN ceiling fan that wont turn off. ? - minka aire remote troubleshooting
My custom ceiling fan with remote control. It does not have a pull rope, it does not know a way to separate or to troubleshoot the problem. If you turn the switch and turn it back on, the fan starts again! Suggestions?

is what you installed? If so, this is the wrong cable. something with a closed circuit. Perhaps the remote is bad. May are resumed, if you are new to replace it if it is old. might be possible, the remote control if you've never had this problem until now to replace it. Here are some things to try.
